Innovative design

The "NIFADA" olive harvester is constructed with an innovative ergonomic design that ensures relaxed and efficient use in long hours of work with respect to the operator.

It is tree-friendly, embraces the twigs while protecting and preserving the leaves. The fruit detaches from the tree intact and falls almost vertically, so that far fewer olive trees are needed.

It is manufactured with the needs of professional farmers in mind, while it is also an ideal solution for any small-scale producer who wants a robust, lightweight, lightweight, relaxed and efficient oil press.

"NIFADAS"

It consists of special aluminium alloys of high strength and very low weight, formed by extrusion in a specially manufactured matrix, achieving high robustness, rigidity and durability in use. Selectively, it is available with carbon fibre tube, adding all the advantages of the material such as very low weight, absolute rigidity, high resistance to pressures and temperatures. A choice that will certainly satisfy the most demanding professional farmer.

STICK "NIFADA"

It is made after many years of thorough research, with an advanced design and made of a very strong and highly flexible thermoplastic material. It ensures the best grip inside the branches without causing damage to the foliage and shoots of the tree while the combination of colours used helps to make visual contact and easier targeting of the fruit. Replacement on the sticks is done very simply by loosening the screws on the ball without removing them and pulling the stick outwards.

OIL PRESS HANDPIECE

Ergonomically designed very low weight and high strength 400 Watt controller. After 30 years, every part is still 100% manufactured by YAMASTIK, thus maintaining the highest quality of workmanship and performance. With an ergonomically designed handle, quiet operation, very low weight, a correct connection indicator light and a very high quality lossless cable for greater fuel economy. Available in different versions to fit and work with any oil puller pole and any power generator.

PLUG WITH RETENTION SYSTEM

Designed with a special retention system inside the socket, it is another timeless YAMASTIK innovation, ensuring uninterrupted power supply during use, without disconnections, losses or fluctuations. It is made of selected raw material, which ensures its resistance to high temperatures, which develop during operation.

SWIVEL ADJUSTMENT

The speed can be adjusted with the six- or twelve-position rotary switch located on the side of the YAMASTIK power generator. The correct speed setting each time optimises harvesting efficiency, helps to protect the tree and the fruit and contributes significantly to fuel savings.

USE WITH BATTERIES

The Nifada olive harvester satisfies all portability needs, since the 24Vdc model is selectively available for powering from a 24V battery pack or alternatively with a 12V to 24V converter. A transport trolley for the battery or battery bank is available, of robust construction and light weight with detachable handle and compact wheels. In addition, an elastomeric battery box for outdoor use with YAMASTIK outlet socket and optionally with voltage measuring instrument is available. Deep discharge batteries of at least 80Ah are recommended.
